Testplant: Consumer Pressure Hurts Android App Development

Consumers’ insatiable desire for more, better apps delivered at warp speed is pressuring developers to the point where they’re forced to skip the testing phase and release less-than-optimal apps.

A recent Testplant survey revealed that 42 percent of respondents said their development timeframes were unrealistic, and 45 percent admitted to releasing apps with questionable quality.
