ghd asked NCC Group to perform a Web Performance Health Check, using NCC Group’s Performance Analyser and Performance Monitoring tools.
motors.co.uk, part of the Cox Automotive Group, is a car search website that aims to make the process of finding and selling the right car as easy as possible for buyers and sellers. In 2014 NCC Group was commissioned to load test the website ahead of a TV advertising campaign.
Combining insight from Real User Monitoring (RUM) and Synthetic Monitoring, NCC Group helped COOK improve load times by almost a second. RUM was then able to show how this improvement increased conversion rate by 7%, cut bounce rate by 7% and increased customer engagement by 10%.
